Orin App Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform that allows customers to make reservations with restaurants (“shop-users”). While we facilitate the booking process, all transactions, fees, and policies regarding bookings are managed by the individual restaurants.

2. Deposits and Fees

Restaurants using our platform may require a deposit or activate a no-show fee when a reservation is made. These fees are determined solely by the restaurant and may vary from one establishment to another. All applicable fees, including the deposit or no-show fees, will be clearly displayed on the reservation page prior to the completion of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers have the right to cancel their reservation and request a refund of any deposit paid, subject to the restaurant’s cancellation policy. The specific terms, including the cancellation period and refund eligibility, are set by the restaurant and will be presented to you on the reservation page before booking completion.

Please review the restaurant’s cancellation policy carefully before completing your reservation, as once the booking is confirmed, the terms set by the restaurant will apply.

If a customer fails to attend their reservation without canceling within the restaurant’s specified cancellation period, the restaurant may charge a no-show fee. The amount of the no-show fee, if applicable, will be communicated on the reservation page before the booking is confirmed.
